Polyquaternium-7 is a cationic copolymer of acrylamide and diallyldimethylammonium chloride, supplied as a clear water-based liquid. It is the standard conditioning polymer in rinse-off and leave-on personal care, and is also used as a flocculant in water and sludge treatment.
